COOP Square is a proposal submitted as a bid entry for a design competition by the State Ministry of Co-operative Services, Marketing Development and Consumer Protection.
It’s a dynamic addition to the city that includes 157-meter-high office and apartments tower with all luxury living facilities and common amenities including roof top pools, gymnasium, spa and restaurants.

This 40 storied high-rise building is a state-of-the-art mix development project that includes high end office spaces and luxury apartments. The main purpose of the project is to establish a cooperate headquarters under one roof, improving the coordination and enhancing services delivery for co-operative members and the public, serving both the members and the public at large. Set of Luxury Apartments will increase the implementation feasibility by boosting the income of the development.
The building is designed to facilitate cross ventilation and natural light level with distinctive façade detailing. The façade serves a massive role in green building considerations. Low-E (low emission) double glazing is used for the building which will significantly reduce the heat generation which leads to less A/C loads and lower energy consumption.
