The Klinik + More Ayurvedic Treatment Center, designed by Mikaso, is part of a renowned rehabilitation hospital in Germany conceived as a village-like complex. Of the 600 suites within the facility, Mikaso meticulously crafted 15 specifically for the Ayurvedic center, designing both the interiors and the necessary amenities.
The center’s treatments blend advanced medical science with individually tailored therapies, creating a synergetic healing experience. The design integrates the 5,000-year-old principles of Ayurvedic healing with the surrounding natural landscape, forming a serene sanctuary for holistic wellness.
Integrating Ayurvedic medicinal practices into the Western lifestyle and environment
Situated on flat land, the facility gazes upon an enchanting mountain range resembling a reclining figure, a symbolic focal point of tranquility. The spatial layout radiates outward from this iconic feature, seamlessly merging the built environment with nature to reinforce the healing process.
The architectural language adopts traditional tropical motifs, echoing the origins of Ayurvedic medicine. This approach fosters not only physical recovery but also emotional and mental well-being, offering a comprehensive retreat where natural elements and thoughtful design cultivate inner peace and resilience.
