“One 100” is a one of the latest state of the art commercial buildings completed by MIKASO. It is the new landmark, a nine-story contemporary office building with two basement level parking on Elvitigala Mawatha. The building was designed with flexibility in mind, allowing interior spaces to be adapted to tenant needs. Now it is home to Daraz Headquarters, Sri Lanka’s largest online shopping platform, it meets all their requirements.
The design aims to extend urban life and transform the streetscape, creating a pleasurable work environment. Set back from the main road, its sleek contemporary design and greenery make it a standout on Elvitigala Mawatha.

Floors 1 through 8 offer adaptable office spaces with cantilevered floor plates on the east side, creating column-free corners that maximize urban views. The building’s large curtain wall on the front façade reduces noise from the busy road while allowing ample natural light with minimal heat. The rear façade features floor-to-ceiling solar-controlled glazing panels, offering unobstructed views of Colombo’s CBD.
The design exceeds standard workplace wellness requirements, enhancing its role potential. The rooftop is dedicated to entertainment, featuring a VIP lounge, a gym, a gaming room, and separate washrooms, sitting areas on the roof top garden with sweeping views over the city. The exposed new midrise in the City extends the urban life and marks the transformation of the urban space visible from a far.
