The Tri-Zen condominium project in central Colombo features three towers, with the tallest reaching 53 floors. It includes an 11-story podium with a lobby, service facilities, parking, and an E-Deck with recreational amenities.
The development offers 897 smart-living residential units, ranging from one to three bedrooms, emphasizing community-focused, intelligent living, a maximum height of 196 meters, and parking for 669 vehicles.

In collaboration with the award-winning global design firm P&T Group from Singapore, the project was enriched by a fusion of local insight and international architectural expertise. Mikaso led the Review Consultancy Team, approving design and construction drawings, as well as QAQC and HSE documents including on-site inspections and approvals of all construction and HSE work from start to finish.
Mikaso played a pivotal role, serving as the Engineer to the Project, Project Manager, and Architectural Design Review Consultant providing critical guidance on local functional, climatic, and regulatory requirements, advised on tendering, and assisted in selecting the Design & Build contractor.
